Result of AGM
Kodal Minerals Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with the exception of the re-election of Steve Zaninovich, who has stepped down as a director. The company, a West African lithium producer, will make voting results and a presentation available on its website.

Kodal Minerals (AIM: KOD), the West African lithium producer, mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were duly passed. As announced earlier today, resolution 3 to re-elect Steve Zaninovich as a director was not proposed at the meeting, as Steve Zaninovich notified the Company that he does not wish to stand for re-election and is therefore no longer a director of the Company.
All votes received in relation to resolutions at the AGM, in addition to a copy of the presentation used during the webcast immediately following the AGM, will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.kodalminerals.com.
