Kodal Minerals Plc announced that Non-Executive Director Steve Zaninovich will not seek re-election at the upcoming AGM, concluding his directorship today, though he will continue to provide consulting services, particularly regarding the Bougouni Lithium mine's success and future opportunities. The company expressed gratitude for his significant contributions to the development and progression of the Bougouni Lithium mine from exploration through to production.

Kodal Minerals (AIM: KOD), the West African lithium producer, mineral exploration and development company, announces that Steve Zaninovich, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that he does not wish to stand for re-election at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") on 24 June 2026. Consequently, Mr. Zaninovich will cease to be a director of the Company at the conclusion of today's AGM.
While Mr. Zaninovich's role as a Non-Executive Director will cease, Mr. Zaninovich will continue to provide consulting services to Kodal, including assisting the Company with the continued success of the Bougouni Lithium mine as well as providing advice for future opportunities as they arise.

Steve was extensively involved in progressing Bougouni from an exploration project through feasibility studies, financing and construction of the mining operation and into production.
