Kier Group plc has announced its total voting rights as of 31 July 2026, stating that its issued share capital consists of 452,875,390 ordinary shares, with 16,150,924 held in treasury. In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Kier Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, as at 31 July 2026, the Company's issued share capital comprised 452,875,390 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). Of these Shares, there are 16,150,924 held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2026 is 436,724,466.
The figure 436,724,466 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
