1 June 2026 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (AIM:JSE) (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, "Jadestone" or the "Group"), an independent upstream production and development company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announces that, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 29 May 2026 its capital consisted of 544,929,126 ordinary shares of £0.001 each, and each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
