As at 1st October 2026, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 105,480,282 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £0.02, each with voting rights. The company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Wetherspoon is 105,480,282.
Shareholders may use the above figure of 105,480,282 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Wetherspoon under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
