Director/PDMR Shareholding
Harworth Group plc has announced that several directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), including the Chief Executive, General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy CFO, have agreed to sell their Harworth shares to Peel Bidco at £1.87 per share. The total number of shares sold across these individuals amounts to 221,909, with transactions occurring on October 2nd and October 5th, 2026, primarily outside a trading venue, with one transaction on the London Stock Exchange. This notification is in relation to Peel Bidco's offer for Harworth.
