Result of AGM
Helix Exploration PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on May 28, 2026. The company is advancing the Rudyard Helium Project in northern Montana, which has four production wells targeting up to 236ft Helium/Nitrogen gas, flowing up to 3,800 Mcf/day at 1.2% helium. The Rudyard field has the potential to generate net revenue of $115 million to $220 million over its 12.5-year life.
