Exercise of Warrants
Helix Exploration PLC has announced the exercise of warrants for 75,000 new ordinary shares at 10 pence each, generating £7,500 in proceeds. Following the admission of these shares to AIM, expected around March 20, 2026, the company's enlarged issued share capital will consist of 195,502,400 ordinary shares. This issuance is a minor capital raise and will not significantly alter the company's financial standing but does increase the total number of voting rights.

Helix Exploration PLC (AIM: HEX, OTCQB: HEXFF), the helium exploration and development company advancing the Rudyard Helium Project ("Rudyard") in northern Montana, announces that it has received notification for the exercise of warrants over 75,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 10 pence per share (the "Warrant Shares"), providing the Company with proceeds of £7,500.
Admission
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Warrant Shares on AIM will commence on or around 20 March 2026. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Total Voting Rights
For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following Admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 195,502,400 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
