Hercules (AIM: HERC), a leading UK power and infrastructure services group, announces that options (“Options”) to subscribe for a total of 1,275,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) were granted on 2 October to certain employees of the Company.
The Options vest on 2 October 2029 and have an exercise price of 34.5 pence each, being the closing price on 1 October 2026, and are exercisable over the following two years to 2 October 2031.
