Hercules plc has appointed Cooper Parry Group Ltd as its new external auditor, replacing S&W Partners Audit Limited, following a formal tender process. S&W Partners Audit Limited has resigned and has not indicated any matters requiring shareholder or creditor attention. This change in auditor is effective immediately.
