Result of AGM
Guardian Metal Resources PLC announced that all ten resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with resolutions 1 through 9 approved as ordinary resolutions and resolution 10 as a special resolution. Notably, the re-appointment of directors Ben Hodges, Jason Oliver Friesen, Michael Schlumpberger, and Mark Burnett received overwhelming support with 99.999% of votes cast in favour. The re-appointment of auditor PKF Littlejohn LLP also passed with 99.998% of votes for. Resolution 9, authorising directors to allot equity, passed with 83.645% of votes for, and Resolution 10, to disapply pre-emption rights, passed with 82.593% of votes for.

Guardian Metal Resources plc (LON:GMET/OTCQB:GMTLF), a tungsten exploration and development company, announces the results of its AGM held today. All 10 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 10 was passed as a special resolution.
The results of the poll (including proxy votes) are outlined in the table below.
