Guardian Metal Resources plc has formally appointed Michael Xavier Schlumpberger as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective immediately, replacing Mick Billing. Schlumpberger, aged 62, will serve on the Audit and Remuneration Committees and brings experience from current directorships at Rapid Critical Metals Limited, Spur Ranch Association, and Schlumpberger Inc., as well as former roles including Fort Cady Corporation. This appointment follows previous board changes and due diligence, with no further AIM Rule disclosures required.

Further to its announcement of board changes on 3 November 2025 and the conclusion of necessary due diligence, Guardian Metal Resources plc (AIM: GMET, OTCQX:GMTLF), a mineral exploration and development company focused on tungsten within Nevada, USA, announces the formal appointment of Mr Michael Xavier Schlumpberger to its Board with immediate effect.
Michael will be an Independent Non-executive Director of Guardian Metal and will be a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He replaces Mr. Mick Billing who is retiring from the Board, as announced previously.
