Deferred Bonus Awards award to Directors and PDMRs
The Company announces that on 23 October 2026, under the Company's Annual and Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan"), Graham Prothero, Chief Executive Officer was granted nil-cost share options ("Option") over a total of 12,165 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares").
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Option. The number of Shares subject to the Option was calculated based on a share price of 239p, being the average market value of the Company's shares measured over the last 30 days of the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
The Options will vest on 2 October 2028.
