Future plc has announced that as of 30 September 2026, its issued share capital comprises 88,702,206 ordinary shares of 15 pence each, with each share carrying one vote and no shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company is 88,702,206, which shareholders can use as a denominator for calculating their notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
