Total Voting Rights
Future plc has announced that as of 30 June 2026, its issued share capital comprises 90,815,446 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, with no shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 90,815,446. This figure, which accounts for shares repurchased under the ongoing share repurchase program, will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

At the close of business on 30 June 2026, Future's issued share capital consisted of 90,815,446 ordinary shares of 15 pence each. Each ordinary share carries one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 June 2026 was therefore 90,815,446. This number reflects the shares purchased by the Company through its current share repurchase programme up to 30 June 2026, which will be included in the weekly announcement of share repurchases released on 3 July.
