Total Voting Rights
On September 2, 2025, Future PLC announced that as of August 31, 2025, its issued share capital consisted of 101,763,514 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 15 pence. Each share carries one vote, and there are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company is 101,763,514. This figure is intended to be used by shareholders to calculate if they need to notify the company of their interest, or a change in their interest, according to the Financial Conduct Authority's rules.
