First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor, announces that its Associate, Fprop Phoenix Limited (“PHO”), in which the Group has a 23.78% shareholding, purchased, yesterday (24 September 2026), 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 15.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase PHO’s beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 650,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.44% of the Company's total voting rights.
As Ben Habib, the Group’s Chief Executive, owns 72.71% of the issued shares of PHO, this shareholding is deemed to be part of Ben Habib’s shareholding in the Company which now totals 25,468,595 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 17.23% of the Company's total voting rights.
