First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor, announces that its Associate, Fprop Phoenix Limited (“PHO”), in which the Group has a 23.78% shareholding, purchased, yesterday (22 September 2026), 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 14.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase PHO’s beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 550,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.37% of the Company's total voting rights.
As Ben Habib, the Group’s Chief Executive owns 72.71% of the issued shares of PHO this shareholding is deemed to be part of Ben Habib’s shareholding in the Company which now totals 25,368,595 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 17.16% of the Company's total voting rights.
