Share purchase by Associate
First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor, announces that its Associate, Fprop Phoenix Limited ("PHO"), in which the Group has a 23.78% shareholding, has purchased, on 5 August 2025, 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase PHO's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 200,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.14% of the Company's total issued share capital.
