Fortis Frontier PLC (AIM: FORF), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell (formerly MyHealthChecked PLC), announces that on 6 May 2026, pursuant to the authority approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting of 28 April 2026, the Company purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.85p per share, representing approximately 0.59% of the Company's issued share capital.

Total Voting Rights

The Company intends that the purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled as soon as practical. Following cancellation of the purchased Ordinary Shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 33,748,766 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure of 33,748,766 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
