Fortis Frontier PLC (AIM: FORF), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell (formerly MyHealthChecked PLC), announces the resignation of Non-executive Directors Neil Mesher, Lyn Rees and Amber Vodegel with effect from 30 November 2025, following the completion of the disposal of its trading subsidiary Concepta Diagnostics Limited (as notified on 10 November 2025).
