("PFC IS") is the investment manager of PFC SICAV. Pale Fire Capital SE ("PFC SE") owns 100% of the founder shares of PFC SICAV and 100% of PFC IS. This filing is therefore made also on behalf of PFC SE. PFC SE has no controlling shareholder.
