Total Voting Rights
Elementis PLC has announced its total voting rights and capital as of 28 February 2026, stating that the company has 569,315,667 ordinary shares of 5p each in issue, with 67,986 ordinary shares held in treasury. This figure of 569,315,667 is to be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating their notifiable interests under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it has an issued and voting share capital of 569,315,667 ordinary shares of 5p each as at 28 February 2026. The Company holds 67,986 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
The above figure of 569,315,667 may be used by shareholders as the denominator when calculating their interests in the Company for the purpose of determining whether they are required to notify their interest under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
