Confirmation of Board changes
Elementis plc confirms that Kath Kearney-Croft has officially assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2026, succeeding Ralph Hewins who has departed from this role and the Board. The company expresses gratitude to Mr. Hewins for facilitating a seamless transition.

Further to the announcement on 30 September 2025, the Company confirms that Kath Kearney-Croft has taken up the role as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 January 2026, and Ralph Hewins has stepped down from that role, as well as from the Board.
The Board would like to thank Ralph for ensuring a smooth transition and wish him well for the future.
