Elementis plc has announced its total voting rights and capital as of December 31, 2025, stating an issued and voting share capital of 569,295,044 ordinary shares of 5p each, with 88,609 ordinary shares held in treasury. This figure of 569,295,044 is to be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating their interests and determining notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it has an issued and voting share capital of 569,295,044 ordinary shares of 5p each as at 31 December 2025. The Company holds 88,609 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
The above figure of 569,295,044 may be used by shareholders as the denominator when calculating their interests in the Company for the purpose of determining whether they are required to notify their interest under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
