Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker
On 4 November 2026 European Green Transition (EGT) appointed Cavendish Capital Markets as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker with immediate effect, a change that may affect market access and liquidity. In 2026 EGT completed an acquisition of an EBITDA‑profitable operations, maintenance, repairs and remote‑monitoring platform serving over 900 onshore wind turbines across the UK and Ireland. The company targets sustained organic growth, margin improvement and strong free cash flow to support reinvestment and a progressive dividend strategy, and is pursuing selective bolt‑on acquisitions while seeking to sell or partner non‑core mining assets including the Olserum REE Project.
