14 October 2026 – European Green Transition plc (AIM: EGT), a company operating in the critical infrastructure sector, provides an operational update on its Wind Services business for the three months ended 30 September 2026 (“Q3”).

EGT’s Wind Services business continued to deliver positive operational and commercial momentum during Q3, supported by continued demand across its repowering, operations and maintenance (“O&M”), repair and remote monitoring services. The business comprises Earthmill Maintenance (“Earthmill”), Silverford Engineering, Wind Energy Partnership (“WEP”) and Anemos Analytics, serving a client base of more than 900 onshore wind turbines across the UK and Ireland.

Repowering Pipeline and Orderbook

The Wind Services business continued to make strong progress across its repowering pipeline during Q3, benefitting from growing customer interest in increasing turbine generating capacity, improving operational performance and extending the life of existing assets.

As at 30 September 2026, the repowering orderbook had progressed as follows:

4 new repowering Heads of Terms signed during Q3, bringing the total to 69 (Q2 2026: 65)

3 new planning approvals granted, bringing the total to 33 (Q2 2026: 30)

3 new project commencements and deposits received, bringing the total to 23 (Q2 2026: 20)

3 repowers completed during the quarter, bringing the total to 11 (Q2 2026: 8)

The Group continues to engage with approximately 280 qualified repowering prospects across its existing client base of more than 900 turbines, representing a potential revenue opportunity of £126 million.

More broadly, the UK repowering market represents a substantial opportunity, underpinned by an ageing installed turbine base, increasing focus on energy security and a more supportive planning environment for onshore wind.

Contract Renewal, Strategic Partnership and Anemos Analytics

The Wind Services O&M business continued to experience strong demand during the quarter, providing servicing, maintenance, remote monitoring and critical-component services across the Group’s client base.

During Q3, the Group secured the renewal of a five-year O&M contract with the Drax Group plc covering 94 onshore wind turbines across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The agreement includes a diverse fleet of turbines including Endurance E-Series and X-Series, Vestas and WTN models. The renewal extends a partnership first established in 2021 and provides long-term revenue visibility to 2031.

In addition, Earthmill has entered into a strategic partnership with a battery storage and energy optimisation provider, expanding its capabilities within the rapidly growing renewable energy market. The partnership is expected to enhance Earthmill's service offering, create new commercial opportunities, and support the generation of additional long-term value for customers and shareholders.

Anemos Analytics, in which EGT holds a 79% interest, continued to develop its contracted turbine base during Q3, growing total contracts to 136 turbines, as wind turbine owners increasingly seek to use predictive condition-monitoring technology to reduce operating costs, increase uptime and extend asset life.

Cathal Friel, Executive Chair of European Green Transition plc, said: “EGT's Wind Services business delivered continued operational and commercial momentum during Q3. The renewal of our five-year contract with the Drax Group demonstrates the quality of our service offering and our ability to build long-term relationships with leading operators. Together with continued progress across our repowering pipeline, it underpins our confidence in the outlook for the business."

With a growing orderbook, supportive market conditions and a strong pipeline of opportunities, we remain confident in achieving the Group’s medium term revenue target of £50 million as we look to build a leading critical infrastructure and renewable services platform.”
