ECO Animal Health Group plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with resolutions 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8 receiving over 99% of the votes in favour. While most resolutions passed with strong support, resolutions 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, and 11 saw a notable percentage of votes against them, ranging from 3.25% to 17.63%, which could be a point of interest for investors.
