Dianomi, a leading provider of digital advertising services to premium clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's offices at Thomas House, 84 Eccleston Square, London SW1V 1PX on Thursday 25th June 2026 at 1.30 p.m.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report") and the notice of AGM are available on the Company's website: https://www.dianomi.com/for-investors/. Copies of the Annual Report together with the notice of AGM have also been posted to those shareholders who have requested physical copies.
