The Company was notified on 21 June 2024 that Philip Caldwell, CEO and a PDMR of the Company, exercised share options under the Ceres Power Holdings plc 2004 Employees' Share Option Scheme. These were ten-year options due to expire in July 2024. Sufficient shares were sold to meet the income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the exercise.
