Ceres Power Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the grant of LTIP share options on 28 May 2024 under the Ceres Power Holdings plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"):
