Director/PDMR Shareholding
Chesnara plc has granted a total of 340,670 options under its 2022 Save As You Earn Scheme, with 21,630 of these options allocated to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs). These Spring 2026 Options have an exercise price of 252.40p and can be exercised within six months from August 1, 2029. Notably, Group Chief Executive Steve Murray, Group General Counsel Emma Dawe, and Group Company Secretary Al Lonie were among the PDMRs who received options, each granted 7,210 options on July 1, 2026, outside of a trading venue.

Chesnara plc (CSN.L) announces that, as part of the Company's 2022 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme") a total of 21,630 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Spring 2026 Options") have been granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs").
Under the SAYE Scheme, which was made available to all eligible employees of the Company, the Spring 2026 Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme, of 252.40p each. Subject to the rules of the SAYE Scheme, participants will be able to exercise their Spring 2026 Options within six-months commencing 1st August 2029.
Including the PDMRs referred to above, a total of 80 employees participated in the Spring 2026 Invitation with a total of 340,670 Options being granted.
