Share Buyback Programme

In brief · summary, not quotable

Crystal Amber Fund Limited announced its intention to continue its share buyback program, aiming to repurchase up to £5,000,000 or 4,000,000 ordinary shares by March 15, 2026, with purchases only occurring when shares trade at a discount of over 20% to net asset value and at prices not exceeding 105% of the average market quotation. This initiative follows approximately £23.3 million returned to shareholders through buybacks since December 15, 2023, and the company has appointed Winterflood Securities Limited to manage these on-market purchases, which may exceed standard volume limits due to the shares' low liquidity.
