Share Buyback Programme
Crystal Amber Fund Limited announced its intention to continue its share buyback program, aiming to repurchase up to £400,000 or 300,000 ordinary shares by December 2, 2025, following approximately £23.3 million returned to shareholders since December 15, 2023. The company has appointed Winterflood Securities Limited to manage these on-market purchases, with trading decisions made independently. The maximum price per share will not exceed 105% of the average market quotations over the preceding five business days or the higher of the last independent trade or current highest bid. Due to potentially exceeding the 25% average daily volume limit under UK MAR, the company may not benefit from that exemption. Purchased shares will be cancelled.
