Total Voting Rights

As at 31 October 2026 Capita's issued ordinary share capital comprises 120,830,667 ordinary shares of 31p each, each carrying one vote, giving total voting rights of 120,830,667; the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. 231,717 shares (approximately 0.19% of issued) are held by the Capita Employee Benefit Trust and are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation. Shareholders may use 120,830,667 as the denominator for FCA DTR notification calculations.
