Costain Group PLC announced that Tony Quinlan, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair of NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited, effective December 3, 2025. Mr. Quinlan will also serve on several committees at NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited, including Management Engagement, Environmental, Social and Governance, and Remuneration and Nomination.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), Costain announces that Tony Quinlan, a Non-Executive Director of Costain, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited ('NESF'), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 3 December 2025. Tony will also be a member of NESF's Management Engagement Committee; the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee; and their Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
