Costain Group PLC announced that Fiona MacAulay, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Rosebank Industries plc, effective 14 November 2025. MacAulay will also assume the role of Chair of Rosebank's Remuneration Committee and serve as a member of their Nomination and Audit Committees. This external appointment is in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2).

Fiona will also be Chair of Rosebank's Remuneration Committee and a member of their Nomination and Audit Committees.
