Reformulation under way; efficacy data pushed to 2027
After the March 2026 reverse takeover and £8.5m placing, Coiled reported 80% CBR on twice-daily dosing on 8 April 2026. The 30 September 2026 interim results add a new lipid softgel formulation (first patient dosed August 2026, six patients enrolled September). Expansion-cohort efficacy data now fall in 2027, not H2 2026.
