Disposal programme started in late 2025 to cut debt; £144.2m sold in 2025 and The Brix exchanged unconditionally at €60m in April. The August update shows £62m of 2026 sales completed and a £100m year-end target, below the £100-150m planned in March. Sales are reducing earnings.
