Celsius Resources Limited (“Celsius” or the “Company”) (+ASX, AIM:CLA) advises that it has issued a total of 5,817,837 fully paid ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) to Bardin Davis, Managing Director of Celsius, pursuant to Resolution 2 to the Notice of General Meeting lodged on 7 August 2026.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for the admission of the 5,817,837 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in such New Shares on AIM will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 19 October 2026. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 3,728,024,557 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. As the Company does not hold any shares in treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following Admission, Bardin Davis’ total holdings in the Company will comprise 7,913,948 Ordinary Shares.
