Celsius Resources Limited announced that shareholders approved the cancellation of a previously approved Consolidation at a General Meeting held today, September 9, 2026. This decision reverses the Consolidation that had initially received shareholder approval on April 30, 2026.

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (+ASX, AIM: CLA) advises that shareholders approved cancellation of the proposed Consolidation at the General Meeting of the Company held today. The Consolidation had initially been approved by shareholders on 30 April 2026.
