Cindrigo Holdings Limited, a sustainable baseload energy developer and producer, confirms that it has convened an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 11.00am on Monday, 29 December 2025 at the Sloane Club, 52 Lower Sloane Street, London, SW1W 8BP.

The notice convening the AGM and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders and are available

on the Company's website (www.cindrigo.com).

Resignation of Director

Following the successful listing of the Company on the London Stock Exchange, Mustaq Patel has stepped down as a Director of the Company and as Chief Commercial Officer with immediate effect. During his time at the Company, Mr Patel held a number of senior executive positions and was instrumental in establishing the Group's operations.

Jorgen Andersson, Chairman of Cindrigo Holdings plc, said: "On behalf of the Company and the Board, I would like to thank Mr Patel for his contribution and commitment over the past few years, and wish him well in his future endeavours."
