On 14 Aug 2026 ELAC (Sensors and Effectors) was awarded a €140.7m contract to work with Saab on integrated sonar systems for the Polish Orka submarine programme. Work starts immediately and deliveries run to the mid-2030s. It is large against the £618.8m record order book, and the company expects it to lift adjusted EPS in the following financial year and beyond.
