Block listing update
Chemring Group PLC has announced that following the exercise or lapse of all options under its 2018 UK Sharesave Plan on 30 July 2020, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued or allotted from the provisional block listing of 812,457 1p Ordinary Shares that was admitted on 6 January 2021.
