Group Legal Director and Company Secretary Sarah Ellard to retire in 2027.

Chemring today announces that Sarah Ellard, Group Legal Director and Company Secretary, has informed the Board that she will retire in 2027.
Sarah joined Chemring in January 1994, became Group Company Secretary in 1998 and was appointed Group Legal Director in 2011, at which point she was appointed to the Board.
The Company has commenced a search process to identify her successor.
Tony Wood, Chairman of Chemring, commented:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Sarah for her outstanding contribution to Chemring over many years. She has been a key member of both the executive team and the Board of Directors, providing wise counsel, rigorous governance and unwavering integrity during periods of significant growth and change for the Group. We wish her every success and fulfilment in her well-deserved retirement."
