Repayment of Investor Loans
Contango Holdings PLC has successfully repaid all outstanding investor loans following a £5 million subscription received on August 27, 2026, significantly improving its working capital and ensuring funding through mid-2027. The company anticipates receiving an additional $2 million by the end of 2026 from its next royalty payment, which is expected to enable the payment of a maiden dividend to shareholders. Contango Holdings also plans to file its audited 12-month accounts for the year ending May 31, 2026, by the end of September.

The Company is pleased to confirm that, following the receipt of the £5m subscription on 27 August 2026, all outstanding investor loans have now been settled. The working capital position of the Company has been greatly improved, and the Company is now sufficiently funded to meet its working capital obligations through to mid-2027.
Moreover, the Company is scheduled to receive an additional $2m for the next royalty payment by the end of 2026, upon which the Company expects to be in a position to pay a maiden dividend to shareholders.
The Company intends to file its audited 12-month accounts for the year ending 31 May 2026 by the end of this month in line with its reporting obligations under the Listing Rules.
