Block Admission Return and Total Voting Rights
Cavendish plc has provided an update on its block admission arrangements, confirming that no securities were admitted or issued under its various employee share plans between June 1 and December 1, 2025, leaving 18,053,905 ordinary shares still unissued. The company also announced its total voting rights as of the announcement date, with 387,125,098 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue, all carrying equal voting rights and no shares held in treasury. This figure of 387,125,098 shares will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 387,125,098 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights.
The figure of 387,125,098 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
