Bytes Technology Group PLC announced that following the settlement of share purchases and cancellation of ordinary voting shares of £0.01 each, its issued share capital will comprise 237,623,207 shares. The company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights attributable to the shares is 237,623,207. This figure can be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the company.
