Bytes Technology Group PLC announced that, following the settlement of share purchases and cancellation of ordinary voting shares pursuant to the Share Repurchase Programme announced on 15 August 2025, the company's issued share capital will comprise 239,952,286 Shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each. The company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights attributable to the shares is 239,952,286. This figure can be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the company.
