Director/PDMR Shareholding
Big Yellow Group PLC announced on 21 July 2026 that its Executive Chairman, Nicholas Vetch, Chief Executive Officer, John Hunter, and Chief Financial Officer, John Trotman, were granted nil paid options under the Company's Long Term Investment Plan. Mr. Vetch received 103,292 options, Mr. Hunter received 108,016 options, and Mr. Trotman received 67,142 options, totaling 278,450 ordinary shares. These options are exercisable from 21 July 2029 to 20 July 2036, contingent upon meeting performance criteria detailed in the Group's 31 March 2026 Annual Report.
